Food doesn't cook and serve itself. People do this. So the company is only as good as its team, which is why we strive to create a fulfilling working environment where we can develop together as a family. We want to make each and every one of our employees proud of what they do.

以上所有崗位都是Tony。

 

從小熱愛美食的他,14歲時於英國留學寄宿,並曾為思鄉的同學們烹調晚餐,第一次感受到美食如何觸動人心,從此種下以美食創造幸福的夢想。

 

2008年,Tony離開投資銀行本業,隻身前往意大利追夢。於羅馬跟隨米芝蓮星級大廚學藝。回港後於2009年開設了第一家意大利餐廳The Drawing Room,開業首年便獲得米芝蓮一星殊榮。期後,Tony希望將美食更進一步普及,以為更多人創造幸福感為目標,因此他逐漸淡出廚房,轉型成為管理者,出任DRC的行政總裁至今,為本地帶來了不同菜系,不同類型的餐廳,並且憑藉出色的品質,獲獎無數。
