以上所有崗位都是Tony。
從小熱愛美食的他，14歲時於英國留學寄宿，並曾為思鄉的同學們烹調晚餐，第一次感受到美食如何觸動人心，從此種下以美食創造幸福的夢想。
2008年，Tony離開投資銀行本業，隻身前往意大利追夢。於羅馬跟隨米芝蓮星級大廚學藝。回港後於2009年開設了第一家意大利餐廳The Drawing Room，開業首年便獲得米芝蓮一星殊榮。期後，Tony希望將美食更進一步普及，以為更多人創造幸福感為目標，因此他逐漸淡出廚房，轉型成為管理者，出任DRC的行政總裁至今，為本地帶來了不同菜系，不同類型的餐廳，並且憑藉出色的品質，獲獎無數。
